El Cid Castilla Beach, Mazatlan

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were above average for an all-inclusive accommodation, and after being initially placed in a room overlooking a noisy waterfall and pool, I requested and received a lovely ocean view room on a different floor for free. The service was exceptional, with everyone from the staff to those working in the laundry and bakery going above and beyond to ensure a wonderful vacation. The hotel's location in the Golden Zone was perfect for easy access to everything we needed, although there were some noise issues during midday. When it comes to dining, the buffet offered a variety of tasty options, although I wished there was more seafood on seafood night. Overall, a great value for the price.

My stay at CID Hotel was a really good experience overall. The rooms, though lacking a bit in character, were spacious with plenty of room for our clothes. The service, especially by the bartenders around the pool and in the lobby, was absolutely A++. The location, while clean and on firm sand for great distances, had some loud activities going on during the day. The dining options were always good, especially for salads or full meals. The facilities met our needs during the stay.
